— Processing Time
All custom orders are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before shipping.

— Photo Usage
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image and grant us permission to use it solely for creating your custom item.

— Order Changes & Cancellations
Since each item is custom-made, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase if you need to make any changes. After that, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

— Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers or customs processing.
